Even If You Haven’t Logged in for Years
Step 1: Go to the VIRTUS website
www.virtusonline.org
Step 2: Click “Need login information?”
This link is located under the username and password fields.
- Enter your primary email address
- If uncertain, use a diocesan email address, if one has been assigned to you.
Step 3: If the system recognizes your email
You will receive an automated email from VIRTUS with your username and a password reset link.
Step 4: If the system does not recognize your email, please contact the Safe Environment Office: safeenvironment@columbuscatholic.org
We can look up your account, update your email, or manually reset your credentials.
Step 5: Once logged in
Please complete any required modules listed on your VIRTUS dashboard. These must be completed to meet compliance.
