Saint Teresa Recognition of Charity, Compassion and Service: 2026 Nomination Form

"*" indicates required fields

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

RECIPIENT INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 30, 2026.

Nominee Information

Each year, this program will recognize and honor those lay women within the Diocese of Columbus who have, in their everyday lives, striven to exemplify the work of Christ. And who better to be the namesake of this program than Saint Teresa, whose inspirational spirit of faith and service has touched and moved so many of us. For this recognition, we seek those special women who truly live their lives in the spirit of Saint Teresa: women who are strong in their Catholic faith, who are engaged and involved in their parish communities, and whose example of devotion and dedication is truly in the tradition and spirit of this holy and humble saint.

Nominations with essays are due June 30. The best way to submit nominations with essays is online at https://columbuscatholic.org/diocesan-council-of-catholic-women/teresanom. If you need a little more space than the electronic form provides, also email the essay to DCCW@ColumbusCatholic.org. Please note that more than one woman may be designated from a parish.
