The Rescue Project is a multi-week video experience of the gospel and is designed to be offered in a small group format everywhere and anywhere – in parishes, homes, schools, college campuses, workplaces, prisons and beyond.

Designed for seminarians, first time pastors, current pastors, pastoral associates, lay administrators and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of how to manage a parish or school and who is involved in collaborative ministry.
This program features essential lessons in pastoral leadership, parish & personal finances, human resource management, strategic planning, and other key areas necessary to develop and enhance skills needed to effectively run a parish. Participants will learn how to interpret financial terminology, create a budget, hire an employee, let someone go in a charitable way, and manage a staff.

Established in 2015 as a post-ordination program, The Institute for Ongoing Clergy Formation seeks to deepen holiness and conversion in clerical life, in imitation of Our Lord Jesus Christ, through ongoing human, intellectual, spiritual and pastoral formation. The institute supports ordained priests and deacons as they live out their vocations in joyful service to the Church.” Continuing transformation in Christ never ends. It is an ongoing development of the human person under the influence of grace and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Institute for Ongoing Clergy Formation helps ‘stir into flame’ the great gift each ordained man receives in Holy Orders by facilitating holistic growth in knowledge, conversion and holiness of life. This is accomplished through offering opportunities for ongoing formation across the dimensions of formation to build up the Body of Christ in our parishes, dioceses, and throughout the world.”
Optimal Work was founded in 2018 by Dr. Kevin Majeres (lecturer in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School) and Sharif Younes. They have a simple mission: to help you bring your highest ideals into each hour of work.
This four-day workshop addresses the duties of pastors: teaching, sanctifying and governing. Effective pastoring requires skills in leading and managing, planning and communicating, organizing and stewarding.
Understanding and implementing the practices necessary for working well with fellow clergy, staff and volunteers, both within his own parish and larger circles of the Church, are key to pastoring successfully.

The Institute for Priests and Presbyterates is able to offer workshops and programs at a lower cost due to the generosity of many benefactors. The actual cost per participant for this workshop is considerably higher than the amount charged.

This one-week Certificate in Church Management program is designed specifically to serve this unique need for men in priestly formation. The course will cover the fundamentals of church management that deal with money and people. Through applied research, real-life case studies, group projects, and active class discussions, participants will be better equipped to handle some of the most common church management challenges.
