Bishop Earl K. Fernandes is celebrating a novena to the Sacred Heart this June in conjunction with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) consecrating the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence!
