SPX JOB ANNOUNCEMENT - PARISH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
St. Pius X is in need of an Administrative Assistant for a busy rectory office. This position reports to the Business Manager and to the Pastors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications: self-starter, good personality and people skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Publisher) software programs, experience with Church Office Parish Data Systems software a plus. Must work well in a team environment. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy office.
This is a full-time position, five days per week, with a full benefits package. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a busy office environment.
