2019 Completion of the Sacraments of Initiation for Baptized Catholics

The 2019 Catholics Completing Initiation Mass will be held on Friday, March 22nd, 2019 at: Christ the King Church, 2777 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43209. Candidates who are eligible to receive the Sacraments of First Communion and/or Confirmation should have been in catechesis with either the RCIA director, Parish Priest or Pastor at their parish. The form on this page must be filled out in entirety and submitted by the due date to the Office for Divine Worship. All documentation must be included with the form.
