I am deeply saddened and praying for the victims of the shooting in the synagogue in California. This act of violence is a sober reminder of the awful reality of anti-Semitism still present in the world. We reject anti-Semitism and all acts of violence and religious persecution in the strongest of terms. And we pray asking the Lord to renew our hearts to make us instruments of His Peace and to console those who mourn.
