POSITION AVAILABLE – YOUTH MINISTRY

St. Pius X Church and School is looking for a dynamic, energetic, faith-filled disciple of Jesus Christ to serve as Director of Youth Ministry to help facilitate the evangelization, formation, and discipleship of middle and high school students grades 6 – 12.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating and organizing youth ministry weekly activities and events, retreats, and annual trips (including the March for Life, Gospel Road Work Camp, and the National Catholic Youth Conference.) 

This position is also responsible for the planning and implementation of the parish Vacation Bible School program. Ideal candidates must be actively involved in a Roman Catholic Parish and have a comprehensive understanding of Catholic doctrine. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in theology, youth ministry, religious education, communication, or a related field is preferred, as well as youth ministry leadership experience. 

Experience with budgeting and marketing a plus.
